Welcome to JG Sports Coaching. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by JG Sports Coaching, a sole trader business based in County Durham, England. By booking or participating in our sessions, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Our Services
JG Sports Coaching provides football coaching sessions, including toddler football sessions, aimed at children 18 months to 4 years old. All sessions are organised and delivered by qualified coaches in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment.

2. Eligibility
Our sessions are available for children 18 months to 4 year old, with parental or guardian consent. By enrolling your child in our sessions, you confirm that you are legally responsible for the child and have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
All sessions are chargeable. Payment must be made in advance via the method agreed upon (e.g., bank transfer, online payment).
Block bookings or subscriptions may be offered and will be subject to separate payment terms.
If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may not be eligible for a refund.
If JG Sports Coaching needs to cancel a session (e.g., due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund or credit will be offered.

4. Health and Safety
All participants must wear appropriate sportswear and footwear.
Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed prior to participation.
JG Sports Coaching reserves the right to refuse participation if a child is unwell or if we believe it would be unsafe for them to take part.

5. Limitation of Liability
JG Sports Coaching takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe coaching environment. However, we are not liable for:
Any injury, loss, or damage that arises during or as a result of the sessions, unless caused by our proven negligence.
Loss or damage to personal property brought to sessions.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child behaves appropriately during sessions.

6. Conduct and Suspension
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or exclude any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or breaches these Terms. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

7. Privacy
We collect and store basic personal information for administrative purposes (e.g., names, emergency contacts, medical information). This data is handled in line with UK GDPR requirements. We do not share your information with third parties.

8. Third-Party Links and Content
JG Sports Coaching does not host or include any third-party links or user-generated content as part of its services.
